Despite there are legacy system and several Enterprises Resource Products or Software such as SAP, Oracle, JDEdware, Sibel available in the market, It failed to fulfill the rapid recruitment efforts of Enterprise’s resource requirement. The HR departments in the Enterprises have to put lot of manual effort to find out the right resources from the vendors for their requirement regardless of short term, long term, and full time assignment.

Gemoores comes with new product is called “Recruitment Automation”(GemooRA). This software helps HR Department in small-size, medium-size, Enterprises and Consulting companies. The features of this software will be as a stand-alone and add-on. Though there are competitors in the market for this product, GemooRA product will stand with unique features to compete others. GEMOORA preserves and extends the operating life of these highly customized systems that were purchased many years ago. The results have been significant savings (in the range of $50K-$70K) in information technology by avoiding costly and operationally disruptive upgrades or replacements of that existing software.

GemooRA is constructed of modules that act as “plug-in” applications that can work with the SAP, Oracle, Seibel and databases.

Gemoores’s collaborative HR, CRM components GEMOORA are helping these organizations improve efficiency and become formidable competitors in their markets.
